Counter-Radio Controlled Improvised Explosive Device Electronic Warfare (CREW)

Beginning with the inception of ITT FPS' Shortstop Electronic Protection System (SEPS) in the early 1990's, FPS' skilled team of employees have designed and manufactured a variety of highly effective and relied upon Electronic Countermeasures (ECM) systems.  With Radio Controlled Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) being the pervasive threat to our Warfighters today, FPS has been dedicated to producing CREW systems that boast the most advanced technology, resulting in an increase in the survivability of soldiers as well as tactical and combat vehicles that undertake a variety of mission profiles.

The newest generation of jamming devices produced by ITT FPS offer significant upgrades in the capabilities demonstrated by the first Warlock systems.  The new systems are based on a technically mature, low-risk architecture and have the capacity to address threat signals at operationally effective distances.  FPS' CREW systems also cover a broad frequency range, feature ease of programmability and possess lower size-weight-and-power specifications with built-in capacity for future growth.
